Furthermore, I think that management will suggest to us that we discuss the possibility of an anti-church on the perhaps more appropriate Cross and the Stake. So long as we deal with Judas Iscariot as a possible vampire this may be the appropriate forum but when we venture too long on matters like an anti-church we should perhaps carry on with that discussion on the C & the S.

Hi memph and newcomers on this subject,if the source of the supposed anti-church was discovered,do you think that some brave individuals would have the courage and conviction to make a stand against such power?,oak carver.

No. If anyone would be so close to the powers that ran such a monstrous travesty it would be expected that they would even "kiss the devil under the tail" if asked to. Betrayal would be worse than suicide! That is why ignorance sometimes pays!

If this discussion highlights one ineluctable fact it is that the Wampyr is a hideous evil from the depths of time, from the shadow'd deeps of an antiquity beyond sane reckoning and is wholly infernal in nature. Let us remember that there is a certain philological tendency which traces the Slavic language terms for the Vampyre, Upyr, Oupire etc etc to the Old Bactrian term 'Vyambara' which denotes a 'Daeva', one of the devils or demonic powers of darkness according to the ancient Persian theology, the dualistic creed of Zoroaster. The 'Vyambara' is one of the minions of Ahriman, of Angra Mainyu, the foul Lord of Darkness and Prince of the Lie (Persian 'Drug' which may relate to Transylvanian 'Dracul', the great Dragon, the Devil). The vampyre, gentlemen, is a creature of an entirely mephitic provenance, the hell-spawn of the Powers of Tophet and Infernus. may the the Holy Trinity, Our Lady and the Saints of Heaven preserve frail humanity from such spiritual pestilence!
